MALEK AGROTECH PRIVATE LIMITED collects personal information including your name, email address, mobile number, postal address, PAN details, and bank account credentials solely for user authentication, participation application processing, document verification, and statutory tax compliance.
2. Customer Story & Testimonial Privacy
In accordance with our strict privacy policies, customer testimonials, photos, or video interviews are published publicly only after explicit written consent (“Permission to Publish”). If permission is not granted, no identifiable personal data will ever be published.
3. Document Security & RBAC
Private documents such as participation agreements, KYC IDs, and payment vouchers are secured with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and are only accessible by the verified customer and authorized administrative officers.
4. Payment Credentials
MALEK AGROTECH PRIVATE LIMITED never stores sensitive credit card numbers or CVVs on our servers. All transactions are routed through approved bank transfer mechanisms (NEFT/RTGS/UPI).
