1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or submitting a participation application on the platform of MALEK AGROTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U01611GJ2026PTC181989, PAN: AAVCM3329G, TAN: RKTM13563E), having its registered office at Shop No 2, Daad Avenue, Sr No 627, Malvan, Dasada, Surendranagar - 382745, Gujarat, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our mandatory Agricultural Risk Disclosure.
2. Nature of Contract Farming Operations
MALEK AGROTECH PRIVATE LIMITED manages agricultural land, agronomy cultivation, crop management, and post-harvest produce handling. Participation in any farming project does not constitute equity ownership in the company or guaranteed debt instruments. All projects represent contract farming allocations.
3. Indicative Projections & No Guaranteed Returns
You expressly acknowledge that all yield figures, harvest estimates, and projected financial calculations are indicative / projected figures only. Actual results may vary and are not guaranteed.
4. KYC & Verification
All participants must submit valid government identification (PAN Card, Aadhar, and active bank account details) in compliance with applicable Indian financial and tax laws before fund distribution or harvest allocation settlement.
5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of project participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surendranagar, Gujarat.
