REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Application Phase Cancellation
A participant may withdraw their participation application before project allocation and countersigning of the Master Agricultural Participation Agreement. In such cases, full remitted amounts will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
2. Active Cultivation Lock-In
Once land preparation, seed procurement, and sowing operations have commenced, agricultural capital is deployed directly into physical field operations (drip installation, bio-fertilizers, tractor hours). Consequently, cancellations or mid-cycle withdrawals are not permitted during an active crop cycle.
3. Harvest Reconciliation
Final settlement and project completion distributions are executed upon post-harvest market realization and formal accounting audit.
